What about... the things you consciously choose to take no part in? Yes, you are a part of them, you are a part of everything.
How, you might ask. Well, if you were a part of it, would you not have influenced it? So by choosing to not be a part of it, you choose to not influence it and by doing so you consciously give more power to those who do take action to influence it. A lack of energy creates as much of a flow or current as an excess does. If it did not, electricity, this computer I am using, and the Internet would not be possible.

I open my eyes in the morning. At one given point in the day I see many colors, many contrasts. When I close my eyes at the end of the day, it all turns to gray.
I have new found faith in God, the only thing making it difficult was what I heard at the Bayridge United Church last Sunday. They said that there was going to be a second coming of Christ and that he would bring all the religions and combine them into one because even though he is an omnipotent God he is an angry God.
That doesn't sound like God to me.
In my honest opinion I think it is 100% possible for us to one day keep all our differences, yet live with one another.
